Counter him, not ask him to rebut you a second time.

FUN FACT: this whole thing originated from this article on the Daily Currant, which, like Christwire, is a satirical website. Bill Nye did not actually say any of that.

The Gallup Poll has been tracking Americans' views on creation and evolution for the past 30 years.  In June it released its latest findings, which showed 46% of Americans believed in creationism, 32% believed in evolution guided by God, and 15% believed in atheistic evolution.

Where the forget did they poll? Texas?

I cannot counter him due to the fact that he did not originally state an argument

on a scale of one to kenji, just how communicationally handicapped are you

I hate it when people say science is evolution/macroevolution, and vice versa because that is only partially true.

Science is observable and repeatable things that happen, eg gravity and light.
Origin science is an unproven theory that originates from your interpretation of evidence (eg grand canyon: millions of years of erosion or a big flood quickly carving it away?) and both Macroevolution and Creationism fall under this, not science.

Macroevolution has not been observed or replicated in a labratory so it remains unproven, while there is no direct proof of a God as well so it's not proven either.
Both are theorys and worldviews and depending on how you see things you will believe them (or some other world view).

Call me an uneducated idiot or whatever but that's what I've heard and been taught, my opinion is that there is a God who set science up to keep things orderly and right and I will continue to believe so untill there is a ground-breaking achievement that unquestionably proves another worldview.

did y'all just ignore my post or... ?

Science is the strive for knowledge using the scientific process. Observation, experimentation, and inference have been going on for thousands of years. Science isn't an invention or an object. It cannot be created/invented.
