Marijuana Legalization

I'm not sure exactly how bad it would be, but my only problem is that the secondhand smoke from Marijuana can get other people high. At least with cigarettes I can be comfortable that someone smoking around me won't cause me to behave stupidly. But once again, I am not sure how much this would actually happen, if at all.

While taxing Marijuana does seem like a good idea, the government will still have trouble regulating it to actually collect the tax.

My stance on all drugs is that they should just be legal, at least for personal use, because anyone who wants to do a drug doesn't decide not to because it's illegal.

I agree with this. It shouldn't be allowed in public, you shouldn't be allowed to be high in public/drive. I'm not against it though, it's just dangerous and could be annoying.

I'm completely against drugs in every way, but from a non-biased standpoint, I don't see why it would be a bad idea to legalize marijuana.

I think it would be loving hilarious if we bordered off a city, took out all the laws and police, and airdrop giant crates of free drugs for everyone, and then just airdrop all the druggies and hippies in.

Theres a reason drugs are illigal, because they are bad , addicting, and most importantly, can affect peoples lives.
Have you ever been walking down a street or under a bridge and noticed a homeless person? Most of the time, those people were the potheads, and the other usually drug addicts.
People will try to flame this comment because they think it's "Not True". Well it is, defending the use of pot is a usual sign of being addicted.
