this is loving amazing man, you're definitely the best builder on blockland. 11/10, you should get administrator on every server and the forum for this masterpiece, looking at it has changed my life. Okay, time for a different comment.
Ignoring the ones above, if you had looked around at the other clans, you would've noticed they had layouts of some sort describing info and whatnot.
Anyway, use this website to get some cool logos, though you'll have to save it and re-upload it to a image-hosting site.
When you want to post a picture(your logo) instead of attaching it to the post, which doesn't look all that good-
