you open un the zip od rar.....click on the folder,now hold the right mouse button when you click and drag the folder out of the window that the zip opened,now when i did it it was a folder called zombie mod001 inside that folder and 2 folders addons and base,click select all,cut open your blockland folder and paste,click yes to overwrite.
a lot of people are just unzipping it to the blockland folder(lazy)well that creates a folder sometimes,do it thw way i described and you should be ok.
