I just realized something really odd about my computer

So, I play Source games like GM13, Right?
And I played HL1 before, And it runs better than GM.
And then I go to play CS: Portable on Kongregate, It runs better in fullscreen instead of small screen.

Anyone else notice this?
(I have a stuffty computer, I can't run good games all that good.
Infact, I can't even run CoD.)

Uh I don't think Gmod is made by Valve.
Pretty sure it's just on the Source engine

i think it's because once you go in full screen, anything else on the web page stops running, or at least isn't visible, so it's not using as much memory or whatever. idk.
