Off-Topic still brings in the same audience. This isn't like Reddit or 4chan where every different subforum has a completely different community. You are going to find the same 12 year olds in general chat as you will in off-topic, this is going to cause trouble no matter how you look at it.

I can see the whole "research has no place", but think of how the sprays work in a Source game.
