Where is a good place to learn scripting?

I would like to know. I have a lot of great ideas for add-ons I would like to make and share with everyone.
So tell me forum, where is a good place to learn?

Start by making copies of Add-Ons and editing them.  Replace some models.  Have fun with it :)
