You can appeal your ban. In fact, several users have been unbanned after appealing.

I agree with seventh. People have been stupid about their bases in the past.  One really good tip:  Do not be stupid and build your wall right on the edge of your claimed land. Derp, that should be obvious but everybody does it.

And there are people who have no problem going after people, but then whine when they die. Think of it as a lesson. You now know you did something wrong, learn form it.

No I didn't, I raided bases and I stole what they owned. It was never in a quest for people to be angry. I did it for the resources. Plus, TNT is one of the most important items in factions. It lets you fire cannons into people's walls and break protected bricks. What's the issue here?

he attacked our stuffshack, killed some unsuspecting guys, got killed, then came back a day later and attacked or abandoned base ad exhausted all his resources. it wasn't a lesson to anyone, we just left the server because we didn't like the base or the money system.
