I wish I had a wild Ramirez cichlid.

I sold my fish I had for about 3-4 years to make room for my PC. Am I soulless?

Our fish died.
We ate them as our diner and got them out of a lake.

I hope well for you OP.

Poor fish. In my fish tank I had a tiny baby fish and my family and I havn't seen it for 2 weeks. It also had bites taken out of his fin so. :c

I can't believe people are capable of growing attached to a near mindless animal that doesn't give two stuffs about them. For fish, it's all about the food. Nothing else. Also, considering goldfish are so freaking common as pets, it's pretty uninteresting to have one. Now a dog or cat on the other hand are great pets that deserve love and respect. Stop crying over a stupid fish and get a real pet.

If your fish is just tilted on its side it may not be dying.

It is common for fish to get constipated, particularly goldfish.
When they get constipated they become out of balance and float on their sides.
If they're upside down they die.

If you put the fish in a clean bowl with fresh water they can get over it.
Just make sure you don't overfeed the fish.

My fish got constipated and left on its side before. We cleaned it out into a new bowl and it got better over night.
That was about 3 years ago and he is still with us.
