i realized i had hl1 today, i already had hl:s though

it said the same thing when blockland was crashing when v21 was first released, if i'm correct. i don't think restoring/reformatting will help anything. if anything, it'll make it worse, considering you will have to download windows service pack 3, since xp doesn't come with it already.

Well after 5 hours of fighting to get that thing downloaded I finally tested it and...
It still doesn't work, well how about that?!

I'm reinstalling steam right now.

Also as for my specs it is:
1 gig of ram
Intel Extreme integrated graphics
Intel Celeron D 2.80ghz processor

Those are the main things right there, also I've had games work on this computer before it was reformatted 1000 times.
