That's quite small if it were to be used for living conditions.
Overall, the design is not bad, but I don't really see the point in having red/white mixed with black/grey.

I enjoy building smaller things, other than modern houses. It's just me.

Theres only 2 apartments, (The bottom section is never an apartment. It's the lobby.)
and it's a bit bland.
I suggest adding some fixtures to the exterior, like lights, etc.
