Author Topic: Oh forget me (headphones)  (Read 849 times)

Plugged in my headphones and walked away, but the cord wrapped around my leg and I broke off the tip of the jack. I need a replacement jack. I emailed Audio Technica for help, but if it doesn't help, do you guys have suggestions? The headphones I bought are too expensive to replace for something as soldering three wires.

I'm not sure about headphones, but your avatar kind of fits your description of how the situation went down:

This is an example of a first world problem
but yeah try radioshack

Know that feel bro, I broke the subwoofer prong in mine :c

Nooo. Radioshack only sells really expensive and really cheap/crappy headphones

I recommend Fye, they have a pretty wide selection.

Buy stuff headphones and canabalize the jack.

really cheap/crappy headphones

It's funny because I have a ~$15 pair that has good sound quality, both in recording and headphone sound.
