the easiest solution would be to backup any mp3s, txts, bl addon folder, stuff like that and do a full OS re installation, make sure you don't backup and exe's if you do this though

Don't do this, you can't
the root kit has infected a necessary Operating system file you can't just delete it, and it will continue to run in safe mode
