Wireless Adapter - What is good and not good?

Can anyone tell me about a good, Fast USB Adapter for Windows 7? As I said i'm building a computer and I need somthing to connect to the internet with, But cables are not much of a option for me, Pain in the butt to do cables in 2story house. Anyway, Can anyone help me out, I need a USB Adapter that can let me connect to my wifi network. Preferably get it from newegg.

Personally I would recommend an internal adapter if you're going to use more than two network intensive programs at once, but hey, some people don't like messing around with the internals of their computers.
