But now I get to go to the big boy gyms where old guys walk around casually airing their sack out. I guess when you're older and have bagged tons of chicks you stop caring what other dudes think of your junk.
I'm not sure if you are just making a half serious ego joke here but I don't really agree with the message either way.
I went to a city highschool that was structured like a university, where sports and physical education were not mandatory. I don't have first hand experience of having to get changed in a locker room, thankfully. But I think this is more to do with the persons sense of safety.
Being naked makes you feel very vulnerable. Highschool students can be physically more like adults but mentally still very immature and naive. In a gym, its unlikely people would behave inappropriately or invade your personal space in locker rooms. In a highschool environment, its safe to assume people would be more likely to cause trouble and be offensive.
