Oil companies make money due to ingenuity, and a service that they provide. When they make money, they create jobs. When jobs are created, other people make money. What is up with this bull crap "its not fair because they make more monies!!! STOP REPRESSING BY FORCING US TO BUY YOUR PRODUCT/SERVICE!!!".


Please explain to me how we would get oil if oil companies didn't provide it, why people would invent things if they weren't given an incentive to (A.K.A becoming rich, improving their situation, etc.), why people would risk creating businesses if they weren't given money for doing so, why its unfair for a rich person to pay the same rate of taxes as a poorer person, even though the rich person RISKED his money creating that business. When a business man invests, he is risking his future. He rightfully deserves every penny he gets. If you don't like him making money, don't support his business or buy his product? Herp derp?

It's pumped out of the ground, refined and distilled into different fuels, lubricants, and materials. Where the new goods are sold gas stations, auto parts stores, and factories to be sold again.

I am actually a big fan of Dune (I have only seen the 4 hour long movie lol). I didn't mean it like that, what I meant was that you are saying Oil companies will have a huge influence, and even a higher one, then the governments influence in our life, like the Sacing Guild in dune which controlled the spice.
