Windowed mode Mess up

I was playing blockland, and when mess sing with the Graphics setting accidentally put it in full screen mode. My monitor cannot run full screen games at the resalulition I set it as, thus I cannot play. What is the .CS or whatever file that I can open and change windowed mode from 0 to 1 or whatever?

Ty snot, it semi worked, I got my monitor to let it run on full screen now, so It shouldnt be an issue

Well, When ever I click to turn off Full screen, No resulutions show up, like they dont exist in windowed.
