Why isn't Kompressor an administrator?

I just noticed something, Badspot is an admin, Rotondo is an admin, and Ephialtes is a moderator, but Kompressor isn't? I mean he worked on Blockland with Badspot yet he isn't an administrator/moderator. Is there an explanation for this?

He seems to be taking a slightly more active role nowadays.

Either way, he can post in development, probably the hidden forums, and he can edit other people's posts. I'm sure he actually has more abilities but still under the title of "Member" for ambiguity or some stuff.
