love ed is pointless when your like 10, not like anyone is going to pay any attention aside from laughing every time the teacher says 'snake'.

''Jack's the only one being mature in this room''.
Aw thanks man.

That really was all that happened when I had love ed in year 5. Anyway I knew all about it beforehand thanks to the internet

My dad told me all about love at age 9.
I didn't even chuckle at those moments.

I don't think I laughed at all when I was taught love ed. in year 5.

Except when we were told what the literal term for snake was. None of us actually had any idea what it was until then.

do kids your age even know how to get it in

Yes because its the states job to teach children things that parents should.

i've never had love ed because it's pretty pointless.

But then you will never learn how2snake!

I never had "the talk" or anything with my parents, I picked up everything there was to know from my brothers before I was like 8.

Oh, don't tell me. Did they do it I mean, what great brothers you've got...  :cookieMonster:

It's the government's job to ensure that children are educated, particularly about such dangerous things as love and drugs.
And there are a number of families who don't bother to teach their children about safe-love, or they don't know enough about it or they don't know how to teach their children about it.

No right-minded government wants lots of under-age pregnancies and lots of deaths due to STD's.

That's why it's taught in school as it should be.

And in England it is taught in every school normally from atleast Year 5 and up, but sometimes (as in my school) from Year 4 and up. (Especially in my old school as it was claimed numerous times (although I'm unsure as to the validity of this) that our town happened to have the highest rate of teen-pregnancies in the whole of Europe by population)

And it is taught every single year in compulsary education since they first teach you.
And even when you get to optional education like I am, they still go on about safe-love and they actively give out guidance and contraceptives.

Anyone who thinks it is stupid for them to teach you love education in school is an idiot in their own right.

I picked up everything from the bus I got on when I still went to school, no love ed required.
Thank you public school system...
