how long would it take us to loop around and hit those top two stations?

Probably not too long, but you will definitely run into the iconians if you try to go directly.

On another note, I have a new space combat ruleset written up that is a lot easier and better than the current one. I'll put it to use after the current mission.

alright then i guess conan had the right idea with assisting our allies. might want to try to dispatch of that injured patrol ship first, then tell out allies to stop moving and have them go head to head with that cluster of 3 ships following them, then we can come from behind.

also, is it a possibility that we could launch a shuttle filled with explosives at an enemy? not saying we should right now, just wondering if thats an option if the situation gets dicey.

Head over to the next dot.

whoops looks like im at a friends house and cant update today
i'll do it twice tomorrow

The issue I see with that is we'll have to be in boarding party distance, not menitioning within firin range.

nonetheless it's a neat idea and would catch them off guard, but only once.

Intercept the ship under the main enemy fleet, then fire all weapons. Hopefully we'll get a quick kill and can then flank the main group.

which is the injured ship, anyways? I assume It's the farthest back one. If so just ignore it for now

normally you update more than 2 times in a day
this was all a plot so you only have to update twice

this is proably the first time i've witnessed people discuss tactics in the present-day forum adventures

I'd say we just forget the stations and deal with the iconians, less "cats" to play cat and mouse with.

The injured ship is the one under the main enemy fleet.

You catch the damaged ship off guard and destroy it in a single salvo.

Meanwhile, the two fleets have started attacking each other. Things are not currently looking well for the humans.

What did you expect? They are a race of disposable robot men.

Call more reinforcements

forget 'em, destroy the rest of the stations

You managed to destroy a damaged frigate, good job.
And you'll find out later than iconian footsoldiers are far from disposable.

roman space cthulu ain't got nothing on us

flank the ships attacking the humans, aim for the most damaged one
