You and the other ship keep their distance to draw fire, but it doesn't seem to matter, as the new ship, now revealed to be a Solar Empire Destroyer-Class, jumps in and blasts the two remaining ships into wrecks.





The destroyer sends out a message to you and the other ship.

: This is Captain Manchester of the Adamant Wisdom, we received one of your distress calls. What is the situation here?

currently there are two patrol ships still out there. if you could dispose of them and me and my friend here will go dispose of the other mining facilities, that would be great. more icnonian ships are probably on the way so speed is key."

Later, after finishing off the stations while the destroyer gets rid off the last patrols, you meet back up again.

Instead of doing a normal update today I'm releasing version 2 of the space combat rules and giving people to look at it and give any criticisms or point out mistakes.
