Try to operate the console.

Big Red has some nice long arms, if the others can't reach maybe he can.

Gordon seems perfectly able to reach and get the information off the console.

Johnathan Westbrook, Age 40. He is a former infantry man who was dillusioned by previous conflicts and believes fighting the aliens will put his past troubles to rest. In the military he was trained to use support weapons such as grenade launchers, light-medium machine guns, and rocket launchers. He prefers to be in the back of the group avoiding hits while providing the team with support fire with a machine gun or launcher.

Shortened back story to fit guide lines and improved the smaller sprite while creating a back facing version as well as him holding a machine gun.
