Also, I'm curious:  What's going on in space?  If the giant slab of destiny went in to engage the Iconians, then why is the temple still being attacked?  Wouldn't it be a little unusual for the Iconian bombardment to continue when they would be under attack by a super-massive rape train of a ship?

we don't go through that many characters that fast so they're still being processed.

man i really want to do a spinoff adventure but really I doubt I can keep up the same quality of artwork, not to mention the story and character tingalz gives to this adventure.

No lights, no visible openings. It's not anything you've seen before, and it's definitely closer than 50 km.

Before you can order anything, it lurches forward with surprising speed and heads towards the iconian fleet. Whatever it is, it doesn't seem to notice or particularly care about you. It's probably a good thing it doesn't.

jenn and squishy pop the heads off those armored cultists

This happens and the front 4 cultists get killed.




Meanwhile, Big Red, who sticks out from cover a bit more than the rest of you, takes several hits and is incapacitated. His suit may save him, but he will definitely be down for a bit.
