I don't think you should talk until you actually know what you are talking about.
BTW, a 700w PSU is absolutely AMPLE for nearly any single video card system on the market today. Make sure it's good quality. You could run that system quite easily off a 550w, however 700w is probably the sweet spot because most PSUs run better then they at are about 50% load.
Get the 7850, it's the best performing and quite power efficient.

oh god
that sounds loving terrible for 700
if you're looking to stick with nvidia (i wouldn't unless your board doesn't support PCIe2.1, which is unlikely because you're getting a modern processor,) I would go with the 560 SE for it's price to performance ratio

Lol for 700 I got an i5 and 6870

I didn't include the motherboard, memory, case etc.

It's really good for mid-ranged gaming. All I want to play is Skyrim, L4D2, L4D, and other games.

You can put tog ever a quite a good one for $900. I started out at $914...But as a month passed I researched more and more and got better and better parts. (Being over dramatic. It was 2weeks.)

you must be getting some high-end bitch ass motherboard
any good brand mid-end motherboard is around $80 for LGA1155
you only need to spend like $500 to max those games
