I'm not a console person really. I loved my Gameboy Color and Gameboy Advance SP but those days are long gone.

I've played on a variety of TV-based consoles, like N64, PS1 and 2, Sega and so on. Toyed around with Xbox. I don't really care for them.

I prefer computers for gaming. Tablets and iPod Touches or Android / iOS based phones are great for on-the-go gaming but that is about it.

The console they're 'making' is obviously big picture. Just people blew it way out of proportion. (also cause false rumors)

dodger leigh (last name included so nobody confuses with the forum dodger) has a good video on her presshearttocontinue channel about how they (valve) are NOT interested in consoles. they want to focus on accessories (mouse/keyboard etc)

They would make a gaming PC. Or a console that pretty much has a keyboard a mouse and a controller or something and acts like a computer with digital downloads n stuff with like SteamOS or something which is made purely for playing Steam games.
