Mission Editor

Ive been told this came withthe game?  Someone said hit F11 and idk itll pop up or something?  Anyways they said i can use it to take the water outta something and then refill it so i can get water outta something I built.  Is this possible?  Does having a Mac effect this?  And how do I use the mission editor.

The Mission Editor came with the beta, but isn't included in Retail, though you can download it. Just search for "Mission Editor".
