Since Torque is open source is there a better chance Badspot would update Blockland to Torque 3D in the future? He could probably just port shaders into Torque 3D if that works.
We've already told you, and badspot told everyone, that upgrading to torque3D would not be a good idea. Stop asking about it.

if badspot won't do it someone should totally recreate it haha

Read the EULA then get back to us on that.

not exactly, obviously, but if that's not allowed either then forget.

Blockland is now in the top 100 on greenlight!  This puts us in the top ~12%.  This could change of course, the competition is fierce, but we're doing well.

What are our average votes per day?

Why
i dont have a pc...so i will by one so i can play it on my steam.

What we need to do is kill all the other game designers, you can't get a greenlight if you're dead.
i laughed a lot harder at this than i honestly should have

The game stays, when it's greenlit valve gets the full profit

they probably really would do that

We're doing great brothers! Keep pushing the cart!

It's more than just shaders. It's also fxDtsBrick, environment stuff, all the network code updates, jets, and probably a lot more.

At this point Blockland runs on a heavily modified version of Torque. It's practically it's own engine. Porting it to something else won't help or fix anything useful.

Originally people wanted it ported to Torque3D so we could have shadows and shaders, and well stuff look at that. We have them and we're not even on Torque3D.

Yeah but... Would shadows and shaders be more compatible if we were using Torque 3D?
