In my opinion, this will only make the pools of players larger.  The pool of talented, creative, and innovative players is going to get larger, creating more fun servers and add-ons.

Apparantly there is no specific number, it's decided by whoever runs steam greenlight or something
I think it's more of a ratio of good to bad votes than number of good votes, but idk for sure.

No idea, but I doubt a majority of the community will vote "Yes." A lot of the idiots seem to hate this because they want a small community and lie to themselves with multiple stuffty, petty reasons as to why this would be bad. Then there are the people on Steam who think this is "another block-building game."
