New Steam Greenlight features for devs
That's pretty cool.

And there is a reasonably extensive set of statistics available to developers.

Here's an example of what the developers can see. http://cdn-01.steampowered.com/apps/greenlight/GreenlightDeveloperStats.jpg

I wonder what is the next thing this topic de-rails on for a page

Let me guess: people wondering this and people telling them to stop.

The new Greenlight features are cool. Though, I'm not really sure what the point of "Ask me again later" is.

"From there you can vote Yes, No, and now 'Ask me again later' to skip a title for consideration again at a later date"

It apparantely brings the game up on your queue in a month's time.
I suppose it gives you a second chance to think about it.
It might be that you don't quite like the sound of it initially, but later on, if you come back to it, it might just interest you enough to vote yes.

Plus, consider the fact that it may be similar to many other games in the market or on greenlight at the time, and you don't want to vote for it because it feels a little too over-saturated.
But in a months time, there might be fewer games that are similar and successful and you might feel like this one could be alright and not be ignored under all the others.

I didn't say I didn't know what it was, I said I didn't know what the point was.

Good point. I guess there are uses for it. Still somewhat of a weird thing to add though.

Oh yeah, wasn't there an area of Greenlight for games that don't want to be on Steam, but still use Steam's services to get public opinion on their projects?

You don't tell me what to do, Toastie.

I'm not a toaster, you dead hat.

Make love to him already, Port. You're burning up for his love.

MOVING BACK ON TOPIC, the new features for the DEVs look pretty good. I would love to the stats Blockland has....
