It gives tools that could (used by morons) wreck their installation of windows to the point where they need to reinstall it, how is that idiot-proofed?

Apple has these tools too. I think lots of people think that just because iOS is somewhat idiot proof and restricted, Mac OS X is the same way. In reality Mac OS X is about as open as any other desktop operating system and offers the same administration tools that Windows does (if not more). One can even install a custom firmware on their Mac.

Some viruses will automatically set the registry key to hide the warnings, so Malwarebytes resets it back to normal.

MacBook Pro.
It's fast and light and you don't need to buy a cord to hook an Ethernet cord up to it. Not to mention that it only has 1 USB port
