Actually, Garry's Mod 13 has a Backgrounds folder

and that's where you put the pictures

I'd assume so, i don't recall seeing anywhere else where those pictures are located

The pictures are JPEGs of various sizes, so it's easier to make backgrounds for Gmod 13 than it is for Gmod

It does, if installed correctly

Take the lua folder from the Bodygroup_Stool folder and put it in Program Files/Steam/steamapps/username/garry's mod beta/garrysmodbeta

The right mouse button when looking at a model will change it's skin

When I press 'z', nothing undos.
