I think the recess is a good feature, but it seems very empty. Consider adding benches or something similar that takes up some of the space without being annoying

top-quality simple stuff. I'm not sure I like the ground floor, though, and you should consider adding a couple roof features. (not "features" like a pool, I mean air-conditioning unit and other junk)

I was going to add stuff like this when I was working on it but I ran out of bricks, I might add this but I'm feeling lazy so it might be like a week.
