assuming you mean something that just uses system audio
http://thisevilempire.com/blog/?p=442 explains how to add system audio and mic inputs, if you don't want that you can just use soundflower i believe

basically i want the sound coming from my computer(game sounds, itunes, etc) to be able to play through skype
soundflower is one of the microphone options on skype already but i don't know how it works
