did you not read the topic or
its almost the same on macs except its even simpler
if you press command space and type microphone
it'll come up with microphone settings
but no he didnt
as for using soundflower:
cmd space + type sound, go to the system prefs pane, however you want to navigate to sound tab.. set output to "soundflower 2ch" and then exit.
now go to skype prefs and use soundflower 2ch as a mic.
