it really also does depend on the severity of the plagiarism. a paragraph wouldn't be too bad but a kid at my school got legitimately expelled because he used his sister's paper and submitted it to turnitin.com.

Seriously you can't, the only way to get someone permanently out of that school is to have them leave town completely.
I still highly doubt this unless you're autistic and the school is primarily made for handicaps.

One time my chemistry teacher started singing "I'm on a Boat".

She let me off to spite a friend behind me who was trying to get me detention. It was on two separate occasions too.

My math teacher last year told us to go through the book and find any formula and write them down on an index card. Whatever we put down we can use on our final. I wrote down every loving formula in the book and included samples of how they all worked. I ended up using like 2 on the final.
