Author Topic: What is the difference between Script add-ons and Server add-ons?  (Read 734 times)

I never knew the difference, can somebody tell me?

If I'm wrong, please correct me.

But isn't it simply JUST the name.

Script_Hunger

would function the exact same as

Server_Hunger

EDIT:
I am right.

Categories?

Like I said, it's JUST the difference in the name.

It's just for convenience

Sometimes people use Script_ when it contains both a server.cs and a client.cs

My general rule is that Server_ is for server-specific things while Script_ contains both server and client.

My general rule is that I name the add-on whichever one I want to name it at that instant. To hell with conventions about which has a client file or not.

nothing
you could name an add-on
Dolan_Pls and it would work
ScriptDolan_Pls
ServerDolan_Pls
no difference bro.
