Incredibar virus thingy

Well on my other computer (which is the better one) has this thing called Incredibar.
Basically, it changed the homepage to incredibar stuff, made a toolbar, and broke the search engine
So I got the search engine part fixed and toolbar. But the homepage gets on my nerves. Wat do.

I use chrome, and i share computer with a brother. who is a dumbass when it comes to computers
