Drawing cartoon hands is fairly simple. Observe

Step 1: Start with an outlined circle
Step 2: Proceed with drawing the thumb. Notice that the thumb curves in a little into the circle, then goes fully out and back in
Step 3: Proceed with drawing the index finger
Step 4: Proceed with drawing the middle finger. Notice there is a difference in length between the index finger and the middle finger. Your middle finger is meant to be taller than your index finger.
Step 5: Proceed with drawing your ring finger. Notice that the ring finger and the index finger are the same in size. They are meant to be that way.
Step 6: For the final result, draw the pink finger. The pinky finger is obviously shorter than the ring, index, and middle finger. There is a very small difference in size between the pinky and the thumb though.
Step 7: Erase the circle afterwards.
There you have it. Your cartoon drawn hand!
