lol, the ps3 does this too. what he did was tilt or shake the machine while it was running, if you shake a computer it will do the same thing.

protip, don't leave your xbox vertical, horizontal is always better. i don't think you can do that with the ps3 because it's round but you can create some kind of base for it.

full rings destroy entire parts of a game, he has to buy a new one because the game will not be able to read certain parts of that game. this happened in mw2 with me, i got a full line and i can't turn on multiplayer, if i bipass the multiplayer load screen stuff i can play the game fine. basically it wiped out a single part of the game, much like some tnt will break a bridge.
