if you spend a long time building something and are roleplaying or whatever at the time, and then the guy just clears all of it, then its kind of an issue.

i can make a great looking island in like 5 minuets. just make like 5 very big islands, then make a few smaller ones, then duplicate that if you need more space.

If you haven't noticed, this is how jakob's server has ALWAYS worked. Build up an empire, fight over meteors, beef up, eventually corruption comes in and holy water to counter it, you fight and fight and fight. If you can't protect the world, stuff happens and it all gets blown to hell.
Further: there's a recurring pattern here. The stuffty empire builders lose ALL their stuff. The GOOD empire builders never do. When the old world was wiped, I had my empire up and ready within 10 minutes. You know how? /savedup & /loaddup. It literally saves hours of work, take it from the constantly working co-host.

If you don't like the way the server functions, just don't play on it. Host your own if you think you can do better
