Last time I've tried that with a CPU, it didn't end well...

Your CPU runs at 3.2 ghz while the E6600 runs at 2.4 ghz, so I would say it should be fine.

Do you have a GPU?

that's inaccurate as forget

I know, it says Minecraft can run perfectly with an Intel GMA.

3GB of RAM is bottlenecking the CPU

fix that before you do anything else

you honestly do not know what you're talking about, do you?
3GB of RAM for that processor is perfectly acceptable

Some people don't have money. And I've tried getting a job, believe me. I got this computer for school/flash-games/streaming.
