Let me elaborate, this is a thing that I made with some unwanted Gameboy advance games.
Obviously, if you stick one into your actual Gameboy, it will probably start up something like TMNT or something like that.

It's a collectors item.

Why doesn't the img on the card and dis-focus of the card not match?

It is shopped because a corner overlays onto the plastic and obviously is not a sticker overlay of any sort because kickflow noticed the poor focus of the camera.  And I can tell by the pixels and seeing quite a few shops in my time.
