Basically, I'm thinking of starting up a little service that for Free/1/3/5/10$ (one time payment) you could buy a little webpage for a project of yours. It would have a few tabs.
Home | About | News | Downloads (if you pay) | YourPageHere (if you pay even more)
Home would be kinda like a landing page, maybe a server status and a notification or two
About would be well, about the project.
News would be well, news. (this would be added by a page that would be protected by a password that you set when you buy)
Downloads, if you pay you can get a maximum space of 50GB!
YourPageHere would be a custom page where you can set the name of the page to.

Terms of Service
There would be a few basic rules. Most are just restrictions on the downloading page.
*****) NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS (ik im so maen ;c)
1) Nothing illegal is allowed to be posted. That means pirated things. Go to a pirating website if you want to do that stuff. (*)
2) No researchagraphy. I hate to break it to you but if your gonna start up a new researcho movie and want to find actors and filmers your gonna have to look somewhere else. If I see this anywhere your website is going down the toilet (*)
3) Nothing to offensive. If your project site is about killing every homoloveual in the world it's going to be removed (*)
4) if someone really wants something removed, like if you post private information of someone or post some elses mod and they want it taken down, it will be removed. Offending this rule twice will result in your website going in the trash (*)
5) This ToS will probably be changed in the future if this goes anywhere. If it is you will be notified of it and you will be required to check.

Buyers
Before I write any scripts or anything, I want to confirm that at least 10 people will at least give me a dollar for this. If you are pretty sure that once this starts up, you could pay me via paypal 1-10$

if you have any suggestions, post it below. Also, I need your guy's opinion on something. Should I add something like (5$ - get 10GB public or 5GB public and 5GB you can share with select people or password files?)

Given the number of web hosting solutions out there, I think you should offer this service for free.  Build a customer base first, then try to monetize based on customer demand.
