Why the hell do I freak out when stung by bees?

I'm not scared of bee's because I know they're not going to sting me unless I mess with them.

the only time i was scared from a bee sting was my first one because i didn't know if i was allergic or not

Don't piss bees off. I can get close to bees without them stinging me, only landing on me :D never been stung once

Needles aren't designed to hurt.
