1. download puush
2. install, make account, login
3. use ctrl shift 2/3/4/5/U to upload an image
4a. click popup bubble and copy URL or
4b. find your image in list and click "copy link to clipboard"
5. paste between [img] and [/img]
for example [img]http://puu.sh/1793n[/img] makes
