It can be extended if people need more, but I know where your coming from, Its a 500gb hardrive in it so i'll be nice and say 3gb of add-on space

This is your problem. You realize people can close other people's servers, make as many copies as they want of their own, spam your dedicated server and cause mayhem? Even if you kick them out, people can keep messing with your dedicated server.

I'm working on a web panel for it but for now thats all I can get, I mean the dedicated server has security stuff installed on it to disallow access to the main system folders and on the "hosted" accounts it has permissions set for no access to anyone elses folders

I needed a server. But you didn't mention ANYTHING about add-ons that are put in being kept safe. So unless I get the ok on that, I'm not interested.
