After some quick searching the site seems rather legitimate

The thing that I don't get is when your dad passes away, wouldn't you like to stay away from these forums? If you know a thing or two about the forums, the majority of the people aren't really supportive. I'd look for help from people face to face, not over computer-based interaction.
