Electro hasn't been so bad lately.
I think he's understood us.
Thing is, he's a familiar person to me. I know a kid in my school that usually tries to seek me out when I'm near. (Funnily enough, he's a blocklander too; he even looks a bit like electro in the picture he posted with him and his dad - but I'm fairly sure he's not electro)
The kid in my school also has a learning disability (I think; he is part of spec. ed.), and he isn't exactly like electro, but their personalities don't stray far from eachother.
