4th dimensional is space/time. They are considered combined. The four dimensions are space/time, forward/backward, up/down, and left/right. Don't know if this has already been said but oh well. Some people consider the 4th dimension as separate ones, but with the other 7 added in the string theory makes 11, not 12. Anyways I don't quite get the 4th dimensional cube idea
