My tooth is infected?

My tooth is annoying the crap outta me. It's been loose for a month, but today I noticed that it was covered in black stuff and it was all inside of he tooth too. I don't know what to do. I was told to see a dentist immidiately but I don't have a dentist.  What do I do? Also it doesn't hurt.

I've had a tooth like that for like 4 years and it's never caused me any discomfort and it looks fine as far as anyone can see but when I look in the mirror on the side you can see a hole and it's all black. If it ends up hurting or being visible I will probably go to a dentist.
